Basic Policy on Information Security

At Japan Guarantee Service Co., Ltd., we place greatest importance on winning the trust of our customers and associates as a provider of IT equipment rental solutions.

For this reason, we believe it is our duty to ensure the security of information assets obtained from our customers and associates, or information obtained through our business activities, in providing our variety of products and services.

To ensure the sustained security of information and daily efforts to improve it, we laid down the Basic Policy on Information Security, which we will implement and promote as described below.

1. Ensuring the Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability of Information Assets
   
To ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information assets, we will exercise strict care in handling such information based on the Information Management Regulations laid down separately.
2. Ensuring Strict Adherence to Laws, Ordinances, Regulations and Agreement Terms
   
We will ensure strict adherence to laws, ordinances, regulations and agreement terms.
3. Education and Training in Information Security
   
We will implement necessary education and training to ensure all staff have sufficient awareness of our Basic Policy on Information Security and Information Management Regulations.
4. Sustained Efforts to Make Improvements
   
We will revise our Basic Policy on Information Security and Information Management Regulations, as well as our management system on a regular basis, or as required, in our effort to ensure their continued improvement and bolstering.

About the Acquiring of ISO27001 Certification

ISO/IEC27001 certification in ISMS has been acquired for the Head Office, Kanto Branch, Tohoku Branch, Chubu Branch, Kansai Branch, Kyushu Branch and Service Center of Japan Guarantee Service Co., Ltd.

We strive to improve information security to ensure the appropriate and thorough protection of information assets.
