Message from the President

Ever since Japan Guarantee Service was established in 1984, we have provided support to the streamlining of operations at construction sites through our business in renting out IT equipment. We have deployed cutting-edge products at all times, and provided solutions making use of ICT before other companies in offering proposals for realizing comfortable on-site offices and office spaces.

Particularly with the dramatic advances in IoT in recent years, even people's lifestyles are expected to change drastically, and the needs of our customers are diversifying greatly. The solutions sought after by the construction industry, including tablets, digital signages and beacons, reflect the declining population of workers due to aging and declining birthrates, as well as the social environment due to labor reforms, leading to advances in the extensiveness and depth of issues.

We will continue working closely with each and every customer, so that we will be a company that continues being chosen by them through the making of minor adjustments in our attitudes to further hone our model in the rental and services business. We will offer services that cannot be provided through robotics and AI.
